01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1ee com platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, live casino, bingo rooms, slots or any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of 1ee com regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser or the dedicated 1ee com mobile application. Use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1ee com reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 1ee com you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 1ee com is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18.
• You must be accessing and using the platform of your own free will as a recreational player.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming database or have a current self-exclusion in effect at 1ee com.

03 Account Registration

Registration on 1ee com is free. You may register via the website or the mobile app. During registration you will be required to provide your name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the action.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 1ee com support team immediately. 1ee com accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Account names, usernames and profile information must not contain offensive, defamatory or misleading content. 1ee com may require you to change account details that violate these standards.

1ee com accounts and account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to any third party.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 1ee com are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

• Easypaisa — instant credit upon successful transaction
• Raast — Pakistan's national instant payment infrastructure
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani commercial banks accepted
• Debit and credit cards — standard card payments in PKR

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

1ee com does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account held in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete account verification. This typically involves submitting a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Processing times for verified accounts are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically same-day for verified accounts during standard processing hours
• Raast and bank transfer: typically one to two business days
• Card withdrawals: two to five business days depending on your card issuer

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are detailed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. 1ee com reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not specific to any individual player.

If a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of your balance may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed at 1ee com are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to the specific market rules applicable to each sport or event. In the event of a conflict between general rules and market-specific rules, the market-specific rules take precedence.

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. 1ee com accepts no responsibility for errors in bet placement resulting from player inatt ention.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. These limits may vary by sport, market, event and account status. 1ee com reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

Key betting rules at 1ee com include:

• All bets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means PCB, ICC or the relevant tournament authority; for PSL matches, the official PSL result stands.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed during a temporary suspension of in-play markets will be voided.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for that specific market state otherwise.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled on the result by the applicable Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where relevant, or voided if no result can be determined.
• Obvious pricing errors, including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human error, do not constitute a valid bet. 1ee com reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes.
• Bet settlement times vary by sport and event. Most results are settled within a few hours of the event concluding. Queries regarding unsettled bets should be directed to the support team.

1ee com monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, irregular activity, arbitrage or any form of fraudulent wagering. Accounts identified as engaging in such activity will be suspended and winnings withheld pending investigation.

07 Casino & Bingo Rules

All casino games — including live casino tables, slots and bingo — are provided subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

Live casino games are conducted by real dealers operating in real time. Results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the game will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the time the disconnection occurred. If no valid outcome was recorded, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published within the game information panel. 1ee com does not manipulate RNG outcomes under any circumstances.

Bingo games at 1ee com run on a fixed schedule, with room details including ticket prices, prize pools and game speed displayed before purchase. Tickets purchased for a bingo game are non-refundable once the game has commenced. Players who disconnect during a bingo game will have their cards continue to play automatically.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting casino or bingo game outcomes, 1ee com reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes. Payouts resulting from a verified malfunction will not be honoured.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

1ee com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and any maximum win caps. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read before opting in.

General bonus terms applicable to all 1ee com offers include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available once per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated for each offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not met the wagering requirement by the deadline will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when a wagering requirement is active, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment credentials to deposit funds
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider-information-based betting
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse, including collusion with other players or use of multiple accounts to multiply bonus value
• Laundering money or using the platform for any activity connected with proceeds of crime
• Attempting to manipulate live casino games or interfere with the operation of bingo rooms or slots
• Harassing, threatening or abusing customer support staff or other players

1ee com actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with relevant investigations where required.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

1ee com reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable belief that the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account activity raises concerns relating to fraud, money laundering, or platform integrity.

Where an account is suspended or closed for a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, 1ee com will process the request promptly and apply a self-exclusion in addition to the account closure.

Upon legitimate account closure by a player who is not in breach of any terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

12 Limitation of Liability

1ee com provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, delay or error at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, 1ee com shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failure or connectivity issues
• Errors in bet settlement that are corrected prior to the player acting on the error
• Losses arising from the player's failure to review bet slip details before confirming
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to inadequate credential protection by the player
• Consequences of a player's failure to read and understand these Terms and Conditions or game-specific rules

Nothing in these terms limits 1ee com's liability for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Privacy & Data

Your use of 1ee com involves the collection and processing of personal data, including your name, contact details, payment information and betting activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with verification requirements, personalise your experience and administer responsible gaming tools.

1ee com does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform. All such third parties are bound by appropriate data handling obligations.

14 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of 1ee com after a change to these terms has been notified constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

Minor changes — such as corrections to wording, clarifications of existing rules, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without specific individual notification but will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
